Registration and Deadlines

All participants must register through the Registration form.

The registration fee for the conference is 250 Brazilian Reais for professors/researchers, 150 Brazilian Reais for graduate students, and 75 Brazilian Reais for undergraduate students.
For residents of Brazil: payment can be made through PIX Key: viiwfpde@gmail.com
For non-residents: payment should be made at the reception desk during the event.

If you would like to submit a contributed short talk or a poster presentation then you should fill out the registration form no later than July 10th, 2026. Submissions will be reviewed by the committees, and applicants will be notified by e-mail of the decision before August 1, 2026.

We strongly encourage women to participate and to submit a contribution.
