Notes: Itinerary/e-ticket receipt can be used as a VAT invoice. However, since November 1, 2020, itinerary/e-ticket receipt has not been considered a VAT invoice for reimbursement, tax deduction with tax agencies or corporates.

Issued invoices can't be adjusted. If there is any incorrect information, Traveloka will make a Notice to the Tax authority according to Form 04/SS-HT and send the customer the result of the error notified to the Tax authority.

However, there will be some cases when the adjustment can't be made, e.g. incorrect buyer's tax identification number. In those cases, the invoice must be revoked in the month the booking is made, or no later than the 4th day of the following month. 

The invoice request must be completed by the 5th of the month following the month of payment. After the this time, Traveloka unfortunately cannot support invoice request in the previous payment month.

The issuance of invoice means the completion of service provision. If there is any invoice cancelled by mistake, Traveloka will request customer to sign minute of invoice cancelation and revoke the invoice before cancelling it and issue a new one. Traveloka can only reissue invoices for transactions made within the same month.

Please contact our customer support via My inbox on Traveloka app, email, or hotline. Please note that for these special requests, the time for issuing invoices will be longer than usual (10 business days)

Note: For booking number with outbound and inbound flights operated by different airlines, or one booking number covering many passengers, Traveloka will separate invoices on the basis of average estimation and send them to customers upon customer's content.

There will be difference due to constant price fluctuation of the airline's system. Traveloka will bear the difference (shown on the invoice) to make sure that the amount on the invoice is equal to the amount paid by customer.

Please understand that Traveloka invoice management system cannot issue invoice for past days to match with the day e-tickets are issued. However, that the invoice is issued in n+1 month does not affect its validity, and you can use the invoice for information such as input VAT and corporate income tax.

We will send SMS notices concerning the in-flight WiFi service to passengers who have successfully purchased the product . Please offer your domestic mobile number in China.

3. Product validity: The products are valid within 1 natural year since the passengers redeem for the inflight Wi-Fi service products on the official website of China Southern Airlines.During its validity period, the product can be used once on a CSAIR Wi-Fi flight.

(1) The inflight Wi-Fi maybe out of service due to some unpredictable circumstances, including but not limited to aircraft adjustment,airplane tail numberchanging,equipment maintenance, system upgrading, and device/browser compatibility, which is subject to the actual conditions of flights.For passengers who have not used the inflight Wi-Fi product (traffic usage does not exceed the threshold of 1MB on an involuntary and voluntary basis), they may use it on other CSAIR flights available with inflight Wi-Fi service during the validity period, or return the product via the CSAIR APP.

(3) There can be several satellite beam switches on international routes, during which the internet access may be disconnected for 5-10 minutes (The system will automatically reconnect to the internet). Sorry for the inconvenience. China Southern Airlines is not responsible for any data loss or damage during the usage of internet service.

(4) Under certain extreme circumstances, the inflight Wi-Fi service may affect air safety. To ensure flight and communication safety, please follow the arrangements of flight attendants and we reserve the right to suspend the service.

(5) Restrictions for the product: software downloads and updates, online gamescloud storage, iOS and Android updates, as well as websites and applications unallowable under the law are not available when using the In-flight WiFi service.

(5) Inflight Wi-Fi product is non-endorsable to foreign flights. If you are voluntarily or involuntarily transferred to a flight of the airlines other than China Southern, inflight Wi-Fi product is not available on such a flight.

(1) For cash products that the user has purchased (paid in Renminbi), the invoice can be issued on CSAIR app within 30 days of the use of the product (path: Me, My Order, and Inflight Wi-Fi; select the corresponding order to apply for an invoice). The invoice will be issued by the collaborative telecom operator who provides the onboard telecom services. Late applications will not be processed.

(2) Users applying for the invoice shall supply their E-mail addresses or cell-phone number to receive electronic files of invoices, as well as their names in case of an invoice to be made out to individuals, or business names and tax ID numbers in case of businesses.
