Alex John reported back that after bringing our wish to be a part of the zoom meeting owned by D27 to the internet coordinator Paul: zoom connection is in process!

Amy B shared that the meeting merge between One Share at a Time and Our Awakening is still proceeding as far as both groups is concerned to the best of our knowledge. The two groups have GC meetings at different time; one at end of month, one at beginning of month.

Alex John reported back that after bringing our wish to be a part of the zoom meeting owned by D27, that desire is approved for both meetings: One Share at a Time and Our Awakening. Alex John is in communication via email with the internet coordinator and has heard nothing back to date.

Amy B shared that the meeting merge between One Share at a Time and Our Awakening is good as far as both groups is concerned to the best of our knowledge. The two groups have GC meetings at different time; one at end of month, one at beginning of month
Discussed letting go of the meeting as we said we would at end of September ‘25. Alex John is in favor of holding on. Reports that 2-3 in attendance is for sure each meeting. Alex John "wants the meeting to be there. " He is looking for host help.
Bill C noted to the group that AI transcribing of the meeting is not disabled and must be completed by the entity that owns the zoom account. To my knowledge thre is no action step on this item as we go forward merging

I found the time to edit the script as promised. Thank you Mickie for giving me editing access.
We did have a business meeting on May 6, but lapsed on the notetaking. As I recall, we voted on the agendas for the DSC big annual meeting. All agendas passed.
I attended the Saturday meeting, 14 June 2025 and reminded all of the new business meeting process. We do not currently have someone lined up to chair July Saturday meetings. I will check in with Alex John about how Tuesday attendance, chairing lineup and business meeting agendas are going.
I wonder who has access to edit the google site. I propose a regular Tuesday service provider is granted access, so we build the habit of posting business items here.
Is every chairperson/host using the site as the spring-board for a meeting?
I initiated the setup of the Business Meeting page to have the most recent update on top.
