Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using Vidora Video Player All Format
Privacy Policy – Vidora Video Player All Format
Effective date: October 2, 2026
HPG Mobile ("we", "us", "our") develops the Vidora Video Player All Format application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
a. Media files on your device. The App needs access to the videos and audio files on your device so it can display and play them. All media processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, copy, store or transmit your media files to our servers or to any third party.
b. No account information. The App does not require registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts.
c. Device and advertising information. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may automatically collect certain information. This includes your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, language and app interaction data. AdMob uses this information to serve and measure ads.
d. Analytics and crash data. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to fix errors. This may include app usage events, session duration, device type, OS version, app version and crash logs. This data does not identify you personally.
e. Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of whether a purchase is valid so we can unlock Premium features.
2. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
Media / storage access (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on older Android versions): to find and play media files on your device.
Internet and network state: to load ads, process purchases and send anonymous analytics.
Notifications and foreground service: to control background playback.
You can withdraw any permission at any time in your device settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
Provide, operate and improve the App
Display advertising to users of the free version
Diagnose crashes and fix technical issues
Verify in-app purchases and deliver Premium features
Understand overall usage trends
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
Google AdMob: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics): https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Play Services & Google Play Billing: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To learn how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
5. Advertising and Your Choices
The free version of the App displays ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the App settings.
On any Android device, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads. Go to Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device). Purchasing Vidora Premium removes all ads.
6. Data Retention
Media files never leave your device. Analytics and crash data are kept by Firebase according to Google's retention policies. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob according to its own policies. We do not keep personal data on our own servers.
7. Data Security
All data sent between the App and third-party services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@hpgmobile.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored App data, such as playlists, settings and playback history, from your device. To request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device, email admin@hpgmobile.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please get in touch with us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
