By installing or using Vidon, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes on devices you own or control.

3) Usage rules

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the app.
  
  

• Use the app to infringe copyright or other rights (e.g., playing pirated content).
  
  

• Circumvent security features or misuse the app to harm devices, networks, or services.
  
  

4) Content & files

All media you play via the app remains your responsibility. We do not host your files. Ensure you have rights to play, copy, or manage the content you use.

5) Payments & ads (if applicable)

• The app may include advertising or offer in-app purchases to remove ads/unlock features.
  
  

• Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing; refunds follow Google Play’s policies unless required by law.
  
  

6) Third-party services

The app may integrate third-party SDKs (e.g., ads/analytics). Your use is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7) Updates & changes

We may update the app automatically to improve performance, security, or compatibility. Features may change or be discontinued.

8) Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). Playback quality and compatibility may vary by device and file format.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; uninstalling will terminate the license on that device.

12) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in Courts
