Welcome to VidLive. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Account Information: When you log in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create your account.

Media Content: To provide live streaming and video posting features, we access your Camera and Microphone only when you use these features.
•
Device Information: We collect your Device ID (Android ID) to ensure account security and to prevent banned users from accessing the app.

Location: We may access your approximate location to show relevant content and for regional live-streaming services.
2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the VidLive services (Live streaming, Video feed).
•
To manage your account and provide customer support.
•
To prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Community Guidelines (Banning system).
•
To send notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase for data storage and authentication. Your data is stored securely on Google’s servers. We also use LiveKit for providing real-time video services. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
4. User Rights

Data Deletion: You can request to delete your account and all associated data by contacting us or using the delete option in the app settings.
•
Access: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you.
5. Community Guidelines
Users must not post any illegal, harmful, or adult content. VidLive has a zero-tolerance policy for such content, and users found violating these terms will be permanently banned.
