Following platform rules for uploading or sharing videos
Complying with local laws related to media usage and distribution
Video Translator & Subtitles is a self-service video captioning and translation tool.
Users are solely responsible for:
Ensuring they have the legal right to use, edit, translate, or share selected videos
Avoiding copyrighted or restricted content without proper permission
Ensuring translated or subtitled content does not violate laws or platform policies
We do not verify ownership of videos selected by users. The app is not responsible for legal issues arising from misuse, copyright violations, or unauthorized content sharing.
Users must not:
Upload or process videos containing individuals without consent
Translate or share confidential, private, or sensitive content unlawfully
Use the app to violate privacy, safety, or data protection laws
All videos and subtitles processed should be personal, lawful, and responsibly used.
Video Translator & Subtitles does not support or take responsibility for misuse of the app, including actions that violate:
Local or international laws
Copyright or intellectual property rights
Privacy, safety, or platform standards
Users are fully accountable for their actions while using the app.
By using Video Translator & Subtitles, you agree to indemnify and hold Appstrome harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from misuse of the app.
The following terms apply to auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
The following subscription plans are available (pricing may vary by location):
Weekly Subscription: USD $4.99, auto-renewable
Yearly Subscription: USD $29.99, auto-renewable
Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by going to their Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes, users will be notified in advance where required by law. Continued use of the app after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
We may offer free trials for a limited time.
If you sign up for a free trial:
You will not be charged until the trial ends
Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically start after the trial period
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once a subscription begins
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
The app may include in-app purchases or premium features.
In-app purchases are for use within the app only
They are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Payments and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store
If an in-app purchase fails due to a technical issue, we will attempt to resolve it or guide you through Apple’s official refund process.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. All refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies.
Refunds may be considered only if:
The request is made within 30 days of purchase or renewal
There was an accidental or duplicate charge
A verified technical issue prevented proper use and could not be resolved
Refunds are not provided for unused or inactive subscriptions. Users are responsible for managing subscription settings to avoid unwanted renewals.
