• No Costs or Ads: This App is provided to you completely free of charge and contains no advertisements, hidden fees, or premium paywalls.

• No Commercial Exploitation: You agree not to attempt to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or any of its components for commercial purposes.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property Responsibility

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the media files (videos, audio, images) that you process, convert, cut, or compress using the App.

• Rights & Permissions: You must own the legal rights or have explicit permission from the copyright owner for any media content you process.

• Limitation of Liability: The developer does not host, store, or share any of your files. Consequently, the developer cannot and will not be held liable for any copyright violations or intellectual property infringements committed by users.

4. Push Notifications

• Functional Notifications: By using the App, you agree to receive essential, functional notifications regarding the real-time progress and completion of your media conversion/compression tasks.

• App Updates: Occasional notifications may be sent via Google Firebase to inform you about critical app updates, bug fixes, or performance improvements.

• Opt-Out: You can easily disable or manage these notifications at any time through your device's system settings.

5. No Purchases or Financial Transactions

This App does not feature any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or integrations with the Google Play Billing System. Any reference to payments, refunds, or financial premium upgrades is entirely inapplicable to this version of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• While we use reliable technologies (such as FFmpeg) for secure, on-device processing, the developer is not responsible for any temporary data loss, file corruption, or device-specific hardware issues that may occur during heavy conversion or compression tasks.

• It is always recommended to keep a backup of your original media files.
