Storage Permission (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO) for Android 13+
On Android 13 and above, this permission is required to read and manage video files only, ensuring smooth downloading and playback of your saved videos.
SEND_DOWNLOAD_COMPLETED_INTENTS
This permission allows the app to send a notification/update once a video has been completely downloaded (status: COMPLETED), so you are informed when your download is ready.
