The Application is provided as a Freemium service and is intended for use on an "AS IS" basis.

The Application uses your device's camera to provide video recording functionality.
Videos recorded by the Application are intended to be stored on your device unless you independently choose to transfer, share, or upload them using functionality outside the Application.
The Service Provider does not operate a server for uploading or storing your recorded videos based on the current functionality of the Application.
The Application may use your device's microphone when audio recording is enabled as part of video recording functionality.
Audio recorded as part of your videos is intended to be stored with the recorded content on your device.
If you grant the required location permission, the Application may access your device's location to provide location-related functionality, including displaying location information in connection with recorded video features.
The Application may process information such as:
Latitude and longitude;
General address information obtained through reverse geocoding, such as locality, sub-administrative area, and country;
Plus Codes generated from location coordinates.
Based on the current Application functionality, the Service Provider does not upload your precise GPS coordinates, address, or Plus Code to its own server.
The Application may also use third-party services that collect approximate location information, such as information derived from an IP address, as described in their respective privacy policies.
You can control the Application's access to your device's location through your device settings.
The Application uses Google Mobile Ads SDK and related Google services. These services may collect and process device or other identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID where available.
Such information may be collected and shared with Google and its service providers for purposes including advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Third-party services used by the Application, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK, may collect information about interactions with the Application. This may include information such as app launches, taps, interactions with advertisements, and other usage-related events.

The Application offers premium functionality through Google Play Billing.
When you purchase or maintain a subscription, the Application may query Google Play to determine whether you have an active premium entitlement.

The Application does not operate its own payment processing system. Payments are processed through Google Play in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Email addresses for Application account registration;
Contact lists;
Calendar information;
Files or documents uploaded to the Service Provider's servers;
Recorded videos uploaded to the Service Provider's servers;
Recorded audio uploaded to the Service Provider's servers;
Precise GPS location uploaded to the Service Provider's servers.
However, third-party SDKs and services used by the Application may collect information as described in this Privacy Policy and their own privacy documentation.
Depending on your device and the features you use, the Application may request permissions including:
Camera;
Microphone;
Approximate or precise location;
Notifications;
Network access.
Some permissions are required for the corresponding functionality. For example, camera access is required to record video, and microphone access may be required when recording audio.

The Application is primarily designed to store recorded videos and related content locally on your device.
You may delete locally stored videos and Application data using the features provided by your device or the Application, where available.
Information processed by third-party services, including advertising and billing services, may be retained according to the retention policies of those respective services.
You may:
Revoke Application permissions through your device settings;
Manage advertising-related settings through applicable device and Google settings;
Uninstall the Application to stop future collection by the Application, subject to information that may already have been collected or retained by third-party services under their own policies;
Manage subscriptions through Google Play, where applicable.
The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly operate an account system that collects personally identifiable information directly from children.
However, third-party services used by the Application, such as advertising services, may process information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is published. The "Effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated when changes are made.
