Information Collection and Use
In order to provide you with the best possible user experience, we collect information about you through the use of our Photo Fixer. The information we collect includes:
Usage data: We use third-party services to run the app, including Cutout.Pro, Firebase, Amplitude, and Appsflyer. These services collect information about how you use the app, including the features you use, the duration of your sessions, and other usage metrics. The Privacy Policies of these third-party services can be found at the following links:

We use this information to improve the app and provide you with a personalized experience. We do not share this information with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the services you have requested, such as by using the services of our third-party partners.
To provide our App's core functionality—specifically the generation of AI-driven videos, image synthesis, and style transfer—we utilize the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) of several third-party artificial intelligence service providers.
This section details how your data, specifically Face Data (images or video frames containing your facial features), is handled, shared, and retained by these providers.

Purpose of Face Data
We share your Face Data (in the form of image or video inputs) with the providers listed above solely for the following purpose:
Service Fulfillment: To utilize their high-performance cloud computing and generative AI models to render, synthesize, and generate the video or image content you have requested within the App.
Technical Necessity: The complex AI processing required for these features cannot be performed locally on your device; therefore, data transmission to these secure cloud APIs is necessary.
Data Retention and Storage Policy
A. Our Retention ( The App Developer): We do not permanently store your original Face Data on our servers. Once the Face Data has been successfully transmitted to the third-party API and the generated result is returned to your device, the original facial data is immediately deleted from our processing servers.
B. Third-Party Provider Retention: We have reviewed the data processing agreements of the providers listed above. Their retention policies regarding API data (including Face Data) are as follows:
No Training on API Data: These providers generally commit that data submitted via their Enterprise/Commercial APIs is not used to train their foundational AI models.
Abuse Monitoring (Temporary Retention): To ensure safety and prevent the generation of illegal or harmful content (such as deepfakes meant for harm), these providers may retain inputs (including Face Data) for a strictly limited period—typically up to 30 days—solely for abuse monitoring and safety verification.
Deletion: After this safety retention period expires, the Face Data is securely and permanently deleted from their servers.
