The subscription period is 1 month (with a 3-day trial). Your subscription renews every month.
Payment will be charged from your account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription through the app itself.
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services in the Application. The products or services available in our Application may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information in the Application and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
The Application and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Appytome. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the EU and other territories. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Appytome.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Appytome and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that
a) the Application will function uninterrupted, securely or be available at any particular time or location;
b) any errors or defects will be corrected;
c) the Application is free of any harmful components;
or d) the results of using the Application will meet your requirements.
