At ViDC, we act as a bridge between your creativity and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. This policy outlines how we handle your data when you use our AI-powered video generation tools.
We do not train our own AI models. Your prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are never used by ViDC to develop or improve our underlying technology. We use a "pass-through" architecture to provide you with the best AI results via industry-leading third-party providers.
To generate your videos, ViDC securely transmits your inputs (text, images, or audio) to our AI partners.
Sub-processors: We utilize APIs from providers.
Data Usage: Our agreements with these providers ensure that your data is used only for the purpose of generating your specific video.
Zero-Retention Policy: Where available, we utilize "enterprise-grade" API settings that prevent these third-party providers from using your data to train their models.
In compliance with 2026 global AI standards:
AI Disclosure: You will always be informed when you are interacting with an AI-generated output.
Content Marking: Videos generated via ViDC include digital watermarks and/or C2PA metadata. This identifies the content as "Artificially Generated" to prevent misinformation and ensure ethical use.
Deepfake Responsibility: If you use ViDC to create content featuring human-like avatars, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or consents. Our system may automatically label such content as "Synthetic" or "Deepfake" as required by law.
Encryption: All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 during transit to our APIs and AES-256 while at rest.
Temporary Buffering: We store your uploaded assets and generated videos for 1 days to allow for processing and download. After this period, or upon your request, they are permanently deleted from our active servers.
Since our AI API providers may be located outside your home country (e.g., in the United States or EU), your data may be transferred across borders. We ensure these transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal frameworks.
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:
Access & Export: Download a copy of your prompts and generated media.
Erasure: Request that we delete all your data from our systems and notify our API partners to do the same.
Object to Processing: You can stop using the service at any time to prevent further data transmission to our AI partners.
Our app allows users to upload face images/photos for AI-powered image and video generation features.
Uploaded face images are processed only for generating the requested AI content. We do not collect or store biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or facial geometry information.
Face images may be securely transmitted to trusted third-party AI processing providers, including Fal.ai, solely for processing the requested generation tasks.
We do not use face data for identity recognition, advertising, profiling, or tracking purposes.
Uploaded face images are processed temporarily and deleted after processing is completed unless the user explicitly chooses to save generated content.
