Since my evaluation a year ago, I have continued to do my best to provide rigorous educational experiences to students and contribute to campus efforts aimed at their success. I remain focused on enabling students to see the power and possibility of the sociological imagination, as well as empowering students in their academic journeys at West and beyond.

The Pedagogy section of this portfolio discusses concrete steps that I have taken to improve my teaching practices, while the Service page sketches my contributions to campus communities. My syllabi, handouts, assignments, and exams are available on the Samples page, while the required DEIA portion reports how I maintain an anti-racist pedagogical approach across all my courses. The final section concludes with discussion of past goals as well as new ones for the upcoming year.
