Victor Lisinski (b. 1987) is a composer and mathematician, raised in the Stockholm archipelago. He often explores how music can function as places or states to abide in, with a particular focus on extended processes, inharmonic spectra, field recordings, and generative systems for improvisation.
Victor's earlier studies and freelance work in composition were followed by several years abroad in the service of mathematics, primarily at Oxford University where he received his doctorate in mathematical logic and number theory. He has now returned to Stockholm where he is pursuing a master's degree in composition at the Royal College of Music.
