In between my busy schedules I sometimes draw because I believe it’s a great way to reduce your stress . It helps you to stay engaged and in tune with your thoughts and emotions.When you want a break from your distressing thoughts or busy schedules , drawing offers a way to focus your attention on something calming ..
I feel drawing promotes creativity and emotional wellness by helping relieve stress ..
Researches have shown that drawing and colouring have helped to relieve test anxiety , a significant source of stress for many students ..
So , don’t worry if you are not good at drawing or have never had any formal trainings in drawing like me ,just step forward and involve some of your time to drawings and paintings as a way of self-care .
