Deadly force is the last resort if you have no other option as a life is at stake you are authorized to use deadly force.
1. Language and Tone
Use plain, professional language; avoid slang or unnecessary chatter.
Keep transmissions clear and concise.
2. Identification
Always identify yourself with your unit call sign.
Example: “Unit 12 to Dispatch” or “Highway Patrol 3 to HQ.”
3. Message Protocol
Speak slowly and clearly; confirm understanding when receiving instructions.
Only transmit relevant and necessary information.
For urgent situations, clearly state priority or emergency: e.g., “Officer in trouble” or “Code 1 incident.”
4. Acknowledgement
Respond to messages with “Copy” or “Acknowledged” to confirm receipt.
Repeat instructions if clarification is required.
5. Emergency Communication
Emergency broadcasts take priority over routine messages.
Remain calm, provide location, incident details, and any assistance required.
6. Compliance
Improper use of radios may result in disciplinary action within RP rules.
Maintain professionalism at all times.
4.1. Active Patrol Requirement Do not patrol if distracted, or multitasking. Stay alert and responsive at all times.
4.2. Scene Control Secure scenes using cones, barriers, or vehicles. One officer must take control as "scene lead" if multiple units attend. [Highest ranking officer on scene]
4.3. Pursuit Rules
Call out location and speed
Do not PIT unless safe if you can radio in and request a PIT.
Stay behind the suspect at all times unless you have a chance to box them in.
If speeds reach 145+ you are required to terminate the pursuit and request airship and put out a bolo.
Let suspects go if the risk is too high (especially in public zones).

5.2. Reasons You may be demoted for:
Breaking rules or abusing commands
Failure to follow the chain of command
Repeated complaints from players or staff
Failing to perform duties after warnings
Sergeant+, Unfit for position unable to fulfill duties at a satisfactory level.
6.1. General Duties (GD)
Respond to all calls for service promptly and professionally.
Patrol assigned areas and enforce the law realistically.
Do not abuse police powers; arrests and interactions must be roleplay-justified.
Communicate clearly over the radio using unit call signs.
Support specialist units when requested.
6.2. Highway Patrol (HWP)
Enforce traffic laws realistically, including pursuits and traffic stops.
Conduct speed and impairment checks according to RP rules.
Respond to traffic incidents and collisions promptly.
Coordinate with GD for support during emergencies.
Avoid unnecessary escalation during minor traffic interactions.
6.3. Crime Command
Investigate serious and organised crime thoroughly with proper roleplay procedure.
Share intelligence with relevant units while maintaining confidentiality.
Use specialist resources only when necessary.
Avoid overstepping into GD or specialist operations without authorization.
Maintain professionalism and accurate reporting at all times.
6.4. Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT)
Respond only to high-risk incidents such as sieges, armed offenders, or barricades.
Follow tactical procedures and chain of command strictly.
Communicate intentions and movements clearly over the radio.
Do not engage in low-risk incidents that should be handled by GD.
Ensure public and officer safety is always the top priority.
6.5. Special Operations Group (SOG)
Deploy only for high-risk, critical operations requiring specialist skills.
Maintain secrecy regarding tactics, movements, and equipment.
Coordinate closely with CIRT and GD during operations.
Do not use weapons or tactics outside approved RP scenarios.
Uphold professional conduct at all times; no unnecessary aggression.
6.6. Protective Services
Maintain a visible and reassuring presence in public areas, primarily train stations, transport hubs, and major events.
Prevent crime and anti-social behavior through patrols and engagement with the public.
Exercise police powers (search, detain, arrest) only when necessary and roleplay-justified.
Support General Duties and specialist units during incidents if required.
Maintain professionalism and a calm, approachable demeanor at all times.
6.7. Professional Standards Command
Investigate breaches of conduct or RP rules by officers impartially.
Maintain confidentiality during internal investigations.
Ensure all officers adhere to professionalism and integrity.
Report findings to command without bias.
Avoid unnecessary interference in routine policing operations.
