To keep my artwork safe from the growing issue of art theft, I prefer to keep some terms to follow. Please be understanding and keep them in mind!

Do Not Resell

Please do not edit, alter, resell, or otherwise redistribute my photomanipulations after you have purchased it or I will consider it to be theft. Specific agreements may be made if I receive a percentage, but you MUST contact me beforehand. These are NOT stock images.

Photo edits of YOUR OWN images do not apply to this rule.

My watermark must never be removed no matter your reason.

OC Commissions Require References

If you purchase commission work for a character (and I am not creating the initial design for you), I require a reference to work off of. You must respect my decision if I decide to decline, I do not do this without a reason.

This rule does not apply if you are asking me to help you create a new OC design.

Commission Payment

Commission artwork must be paid 50% upfront and the other 50% upon completion. Once I have started your art the 50% upfront is nonrefundable, as I still have put in time and effort to starting your image.

Pricing varies depending on complexity and is discussed through private means.

Copyright / Legal Rights

Some of the premade images have been made for in-game usage on other sites. Transfer for in-game money does NOT transfer copyright or ownership rules. Purchasing my art in any of these sites for in-game currency will NOT give you the same rights in comparison to purchasing it for real money. If you want ownership or a print, you must purchase it here.

Gallery Posts

All premade content is in my art gallery. I reserve the right to post commission work to the gallery as well, although it will not be sold to anybody other than who ordered it.

NSFW/Content 18+/Heavy Gore

I decline to do any artwork regarding this content out of personal preference. This includes heavy gore. If you are unsure whether or not your request includes this, please contact me.

Please Note

I reserve the right to decline commission work for any reason, including if I feel the request doesn't spark enough inspiration, or that I cannot complete it to my full potential. Less details for commissions are better.
