I, as a student in high school, would say that I am more of the quiet type of person. I do not speak a lot, but I listen. I speak when I am asked and prefer to take in knowledge rather than talk a lot. I participate in KAYs (Kansas Association for Youths) and FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America). These are two clubs that require a lot of participation. I chose these clubs, because they are a lot of fun and bring out the creative side in me. For instance, decorating for Snowball was super fun, and I was able to pitch some ideas. I also enjoy helping make care packages or other items that we donate to groups who need them.

I have worked the Kiddie Carnival for two years and loved it.

I do plan on going to college at Manhattan Area Technical College. I chose this college, because it was closest to my family, which is very important to me. To ensure that I got into this college, I made sure that my grades were kept high, and I also took college courses at Highland Community College. I plan to take summer classes, and then next year in the fall, I plan to apply for the dental hygiene program, where I will major in dental hygiene. I plan to make my career goal as a dental hygienist come true, by attending as many classes as possible and studying really hard to reach my goal.
In my family, I have two brothers and two sisters. My oldest brother’s name is Samuel, and my oldest sister’s name is Anamaria. Ana and Sam are my biological siblings. Ana and Sammy both have one child of their own now. My youngest sister’s name is Martika, and my youngest brother’s name is Miche’le. Martika and Miche’le are my adopted siblings. I have my own special bond with each of my siblings, but my strongest bond is with my oldest sister Ana. Ana and I are very close in age and share a lot of things in common. This keeps us super bonded, and she also lives close to where I live.
This is my nephew Jason. He turned two and moved to Louisiana this year.

If I could visit any place in the world, I would visit Bora Bora. I would visit this place because it is in the middle of the ocean, where I have the whole island to relax on. I have always wanted to wake up to a view of the ocean, and I would get that chance in Bora Bora. I also love that they have huts on the water that have rooms under the water, so I can be sleeping under the water with the fish.
If I won a million dollars today, the first thing I would buy, is a house for my parents. My parents have done so much for me in my lifetime, and they deserve a house where they don’t have to pay mortgage. They have paid for my basics my whole life and have taught me how to budget and pay for things that I want. It only makes sense to give them back what they gave me with a new home. I wouldn’t buy a mansion though; I would buy them their dream home because it’s not about the style, it’s about the meaning in my family.
My Parents are Melanie and Javier Dominguez.
My parents mean the world to me and they have made sure that I have grown up happy and healthy.
My favorite quote or saying, would have to be, “Somedays you have to create your own sunshine.” This quote reminds me that not every day is going to be how I expect it, but my reaction to the events that occur could shape my entire day. I always prefer to look at it positively, but not every day will be like that unless I make it like that.
