Principal Investigator
Victor Fernandez Nascimento
I am a Geographer with a Master's Degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering, a Ph.D. in Earth System Science, and a Post-Doc in Remote Sensing. I'm currently a professor at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in Brazil. My research has focused on physical sciences using geographical information systems (GIS) and remote sensing (RS) applied to geospatial analysis to solve complex environmental and social problems.

Rodrigo Passos Fernandes
Rodrigo has a degree in Environmental Science from the Ceará Federal University (UFC) and a Master's Degree in Remote Sensing from the Rio Grande do Sul Federal University (UFRGS). He is currently a PhD student in Geography at Paraiba Federal University (UFPB). He is working with land surface temperature obtained from remote sensing data to understand surface urban heat islands.
Thaís Fernanda Leitão Casellato
Thais is a physiotherapist and Public Health Specialist. She has a Master's in Public Health from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the State University of Campinas (FCM/UNICAMP). She works with basic sanitation, solid waste, inter-municipal consortia, geographic information systems, and the environment.

Bruno Zomignani Perciani
Bruno is currently a Bachelor of Science and Technology student at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and intends to continue his degree in Aerospace Engineering and expand his knowledge through research and academic extension. His current line of research is focused on the analysis of spectral indices of vegetation health and quality in urban and densely populated areas.
Felipe Perez Araujo
Felipe has a Bachelor of Science and Technology from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and intends to continue his degree in Environmental and Urban Engineering at the same university. His current line of research focuses on analyzing remote sensing environmental spectral indices.
