I am a Geographer with a Master's Degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering, a Ph.D. in Earth System Science, and a Post-Doc in Remote Sensing. I'm currently a professor at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in Brazil. My research has focused on physical sciences using geographical information systems (GIS) and remote sensing (RS) applied to geospatial analysis to solve complex environmental and social problems.
