PhD Mathematics
Victor Bailey is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Oklahoma. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Georgia Institute of Technology under the supervision of Dr. Christopher Heil. Dr. Bailey’s research interests encompass functional analysis, harmonic analysis, frame theory, operator theory, and complex analysis. Dr. Bailey has worked on problems at the intersection of frame theory and multivariable operator theory, highlighting connections between these research areas. Currently, on the market for a position starting in Fall 2026.
