A Haiku is a short, traditional Japanese poem about nature that captures a fleeting moment of appreciation with simple, direct language that does not have to rhyme.
Capture a "haiku moment": Identify a single, clear moment or a specific image of nature that evokes a feeling or insight. The goal is to capture the essence of a single experience as if it were happening in the present tense.
Structure: Arrange your words into three lines following the 5 syllables (1st line), 7 syllables (2nd line), 5 syllables (3rd line) pattern.
