The preconference will take place on 30th June 2026 at Palais Universitaire Strasbourg. All participants, including presenters and attendees, are required to register for both the EASP General Meeting and the pre-conference through the official EASP registration system (see here: https://easp2026strasbourg.com/index.php/registration-information-and-price/).
A €60 pre-conference fee applies and covers lunch and coffee breaks. To prevent timetable overlaps, participants may enroll in only one pre-conference. All speakers are expected to participate on site.
If you would like to present your work in a talk or blitz session at the preconference, please submit your abstract (250 words maximum), including title and author information, by midnight 5th January 2026 (CET) via this link: https://forms.office.com/e/JE0QxERF5Z. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by 25th January 2026.
