This Policy is designed to meet Google Play’s privacy requirements and to be transparent for our users.

When you download, install or use the Game we may collect the following categories of information:
Device & technical information
• Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID), device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, language and time zone, and network type (Wi-Fi / mobile).

User-provided information
• Information you voluntarily provide via support emails, feedback forms or in-game inputs.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or precise geolocation) unless you explicitly provide it and consent to such collection. We do not collect your contacts or address book unless you explicitly authorize and use a feature that requires it, and we will notify you in-app before doing so.
2. Third-party SDKs and service providers
The Game uses a small number of trusted third-party SDKs and services to deliver, analyze and improve the experience:
• AppsFlyer — ad attribution and marketing analytics
• Firebase — crash reporting, analytics, remote config, and related services
• Facebook SDK — social features and related analytics/advertising functions
• Google Analytics — event analytics and reporting
These providers may collect and process data as described in Section 1. Please review their privacy policies for details about their processing. We only share data with these providers to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Game.
3. How we use information
We use the collected information for the following legitimate purposes:
• To provide, operate and maintain the Game (account and progress saving, feature functioning).
• To analyze and improve Game performance, stability and usability (crash fixes, performance tuning).
• To personalize and improve game content and suggestions.
• To measure and optimize marketing and user acquisition efforts (attribution, campaign analysis).
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and cheating; to protect the security of the Game and our users.
• To respond to your support requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations when required.
We only use data in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by you.
4. In-App purchases and refund policy
The Game offers in-app purchases of virtual goods, currency and bundles. Purchases are processed by the platform store (e.g., Google Play) and are subject to the store’s billing mechanisms and policies.
Important refund policy: Virtual goods that have been purchased and consumed in the Game are non-refundable. By “consumed” we mean items that have been applied, used, or otherwise spent in the Game environment (for example, spent currency, used boosts, opened loot boxes, or permanently applied items). If you experience a technical payment problem (for example, you were charged but the item did not arrive), please provide the transaction receipt or screenshot and we will assist in verifying the transaction with the payment provider. Refunds for unconsumed purchases may still be handled according to platform rules and applicable law.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited situations:
• With our trusted service providers and SDK partners (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Facebook, Google Analytics and other vendors) who perform services on our behalf. They are contractually required to process data only for the purposes we specify.
• To comply with applicable laws, lawful process, or a governmental request.
• To protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or sale of assets (we will notify users where required by law).
• In aggregated or de-identified form for research or analytics (which cannot reasonably be used to identify you).
6. Cross-border transfers and storage
To operate the Game and use third-party services, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that transfers comply with applicable law, such as contractual safeguards with our processors where required.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Typical retention practices include:
• Gameplay and analytics data: retained for analysis and product improvement, typically up to 2 years.
• Crash logs and diagnostic data: retained for debugging and improvement purposes, typically up to 1 year or as needed for investigations.
• Transaction records and payment logs: retained for financial, tax or legal compliance as required by law.
Even after you request deletion, we may retain limited records to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements; retained data will be minimized and protected.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. These measures include encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls based on least privilege, encrypted storage where appropriate, regular security testing and an incident response process.
However, no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data and we are required by law to notify you, we will do so promptly in accordance with applicable law.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict processing of, or request deletion of your personal data. You also may have the right to withdraw consent to processing where consent is the legal basis.
To exercise these rights, contact us as described below. We will verify your identity before responding to requests in order to protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized disclosure.

Note: For legitimate reasons (fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, tax or financial recordkeeping), we may retain certain minimal records even after deletion, but such retention will be limited to what is strictly necessary and protected.
11. Children and minors
The Game is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that data as soon as possible. If you believe we may have collected such information, contact us and we will investigate and remove it.
12. Third-party links and services
The Game may include links to third-party websites, services or SDKs (for social features, ads, or external content). This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their privacy notices before providing information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. When we make material changes we will post the revised Policy in the Game and update the “Effective Date.” For significant changes we will use reasonable efforts to notify users in-app or via the contact email.
