Leilani Stillwagon (she/her) is a Biracial performing artist from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She is a fourth year in Ohio University's BFA Acting program. She wants to support and maintain a space for BIPOC people where they can create and perform their art within the theater world. She is proud to serve as Vibrancy Artistic Director this year!
Laila Christian is a third-year BFA Musical Theatre major from Shaker Heights, Ohio. She is excited to continue outreach as a part of Vibrancy’s Leadership this fall.

Bootycandy (Actor 3), Rag Dolly: The Raggedy Ann Musical (Original Teddy), Island Song (Wallendia / female swing), The SpongeBob Musical (Sandy Cheeks), Playhouse Square’s 2023 Dazzle Awards Best Actress Nominee (a regional qualifier for the Jimmy Awards).
Annaka Guerrero (she/her) is a fourth year BFA Musical Theatre major at Ohio University. This is her third year on Vibrancy’s leadership team. “Vibrancy is a place where I feel as though I can make an impact in getting underrepresented stories on our stages at Ohio University.”
Isabella Martin (she/her/hers) is a fourth year student at Ohio University pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. This is her second year working with Vibrancy Theater. “As a Brazilian American artist, I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with an organization dedicated to uplifting BIPOC stories, voices, and performers in theater.”
Talitha Thomas is a junior Musical Theater major at Ohio University. This is her second year with Vibrancy.
“I think we are so blessed to have an org that specifically lifts up BIPOC art and artists. It means so much to me the small number of us are able to have a voice and share our different cultures and points of view through theater."
Crystal Odiri (she/her/hers) is a Marketing Major. This is her second year working with Vibrancy. "Vibrancy is a space to celebrate theater and create a safe space for multicultural and BIPOC people."
Erica Ahmed (she/her/hers) is a second year Bachelor of Fine Arts musical theater major at Ohio University. This is her second year working with Vibrancy. "I am so glad to be part of a group that recognizes not only my passion for performing, but my identity as an Asian American POC. I am so excited to have a role on leadership this year; I hope to learn and contribute a lot!"
