Avro Recycling is a digital platform designed to promote responsible waste management by enabling users to schedule recycling pickups, submit material details, and manage pickup locations through a mobile application (“App”). The App allows users to upload images of recyclable garbage or unused plastic materials to facilitate accurate pickup processing and service coordination.
Avro Recycling (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use the Avro Recycling mobile application.

We collect only the information necessary to deliver core recycling services and improve user experience.
To enable core application functionality such as account creation, authentication, and pickup point management, we may collect and process the following personal information:
Name – to identify the user within the application
Phone Number – used for OTP-based authentication and account verification

Password – securely stored and used for account authentication
Profile Image – optionally captured using the device camera or uploaded from the gallery
Address and Pickup Location Details – provided by the user to create, manage, and schedule pickup points within the application

Used exclusively for identifying pickup locations and enabling map-based services through Google Maps API
Camera and gallery access are requested only with explicit user permission and are used for the following purposes:
Capturing or uploading a profile image
Capturing or uploading images of garbage, recyclable waste, or unused plastic materials to support pickup requests and material verification
We do not access the camera or media files without user action or consent.
Microphone permission, if requested, is optional and not mandatory for using the App
The App does not record, store, or transmit any audio
Microphone access is used only to enhance user experience, such as supporting optional interactive features
Users may deny or revoke microphone permission at any time through device settings without affecting core App functionality
