1. Information We Collect
Vibexer is designed to operate primarily on your device with maximum privacy. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information, such as your name, email address, or phone number, to use the core features of the App.
A. Data Processed Locally on Your Device
The following data is processed and stored strictly locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers:
Media and Files: When you use features like "Download with Tweet" or the "Tweet-to-image" mockup generator, the necessary processing (using local tools like FFmpeg) happens on your device.
Storage Access: The App requests permission to access your device's storage (Read/Write External Storage, Media Images/Video) strictly to save downloaded videos, generated mockup images, and read local images for your canvas.
App Preferences: Your settings, download history, and local configurations are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (such as SharedPreferences and Hive).
B. Data Collected by Third-Party Services
While we do not actively collect personal data, the App integrates with third-party software development kits (SDKs) to provide essential services such as monetization and in-app purchases. These services may autonomously collect certain data:
1. Advertising Data (Google AdMob) We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized ads. Information collected by AdMob may include:
Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system version, and mobile network information.
Advertising IDs: Android Advertising ID (AAID) or similar device identifiers used for ad targeting and frequency capping.
Usage Data: Information about your interaction with the ads.

2. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing) If you choose to purchase Vibexer Premium (Monthly or Lifetime plans), the transaction is processed entirely by the Google Play Store billing system.
We do not collect, process, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or physical address.
We only receive purchase verification tokens confirming your subscription status to unlock premium features.
2. Permissions We Request
To provide its core functionality, Vibexer requires the following Android device permissions. We only request permissions necessary for the App to work properly:
Internet Access: Required to fetch media from URLs via our internal download mechanisms, load advertisements (AdMob), and process subscription statuses.
Storage / Media (Read & Write): Required to save videos and generated image mockups directly to your device's gallery, and let you select local images.
Notifications: Required to show you background progress of active file downloads and alert you upon completion. (You can disable these in your Android Settings).
Alarms and Wake Locks: Used briefly to ensure that large background downloads ("Download with Tweet") can process reliably without being unceremoniously killed by the operating system.
3. How We Use the Information
Any data interacted with by the App is used for the following purposes:
To provide the App's core features: Downloading videos and generating mockups securely on your device.
To serve advertisements: To keep the core app free via Google AdMob.
To process premium subscriptions: Utilizing Google Play Billing.
To ensure App stability: Local logs may be maintained on your device, but they are not transmitted to us.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Data collection is strictly limited to the third-party providers mentioned above (Google AdMob, Google Play) for operating the business infrastructure.
5. Data Security and Data Retention
Security: Since the App does not collect or transmit your personal data to independent servers, the risk of a centralized data breach is heavily mitigated. Your data resides on your personal device.
Retention: Local data (history, preferences) is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. If you uninstall the App or clear its storage data through Android settings, this local data is permanently deleted.
6. Children's Privacy
Vibexer is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take necessary actions.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
