Welcome to VibePick. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VibePick, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

VibePick is a photo feedback platform that allows users to:

• Upload photos for community feedback

• Rate other users' photos on first impression

• Earn and spend Vibes (in-app currency) for ratings

3. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 17 years old to use VibePick

• You must provide accurate account information

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• One account per person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos containing nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography

• Upload photos of minors

• Upload photos you do not have the right to share

• Upload photos containing violence, hate speech, or illegal content

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

• Attempt to manipulate ratings or game the system

• Create multiple accounts

• Share your account with others

5. Photo Guidelines

Photos uploaded to VibePick must:

• Be photos of yourself (for profile feedback purposes)

• Not contain nudity or sexually explicit content

• Not contain violence or graphic content

• Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights

• Not contain illegal content

We reserve the right to remove any photos that violate these guidelines.

6. Content Moderation

• Users can report photos that violate our guidelines

• We review reported content and take appropriate action

• Violations may result in content removal or account suspension

• Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

7. Vibes Currency

• Vibes are an in-app currency earned by rating photos

• Vibes can be spent to activate your photos for community feedback

• Vibes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Vibes are non-transferable between accounts

• We reserve the right to adjust Vibes balances to prevent abuse

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of photos you upload

• By uploading, you grant VibePick a license to display your photos to other users for rating purposes

• You may not use VibePick's trademarks, logos, or branding without permission

9. Privacy

Your use of VibePick is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Disclaimers

• VibePick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of ratings

• Ratings reflect individual user opinions, not objective assessments

• We are not responsible for user-generated content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibePick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Abuse the reporting system

• Create a negative experience for other users

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VibePick after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
