• Personal Information: When you log in to the App using Google Sign-In, we collect your basic profile information, including your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely for the purpose of identifying you within the App and managing your account.

• Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the App, such as the queries you submit to the AI, the features you use, and the duration of your sessions. This data is used to improve our services and the user experience.

• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob for advertising. This service may collect your Advertising ID to serve you personalized and relevant ads.

• In-app Purchases: We use the Google Play Store to process in-app purchases for plan upgrades. We do not collect or store your payment information; this is handled directly by the Google Play Store.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the core functionality of the App, which includes sending your queries to the Google Gemini API to generate AI responses.

• For Personalization: To manage your account, track your free queries, and provide a personalized experience.

• For Advertising: To display rewarded ads through AdMob as part of our monetization model.

• To Improve Our Services: We use anonymized and aggregated usage data to understand how the App is being used and to make improvements.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Your chat history is stored locally on your device in a private database (Room). It is not stored on our servers. This ensures that your conversations remain private to you.

• Data Deletion: We provide a "Delete Account" feature within the App's menu. When you choose to delete your account, all your local chat history and associated data are permanently erased. This action is irreversible. We do not store any of your chat data on our servers.

• Security: We use standard security measures to protect your data, including secure authentication via Google Sign-In.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may have their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In: For secure authentication.

• Google Gemini API: For generating AI-powered responses to your queries.

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.

• Google Play Store: For handling in-app purchases and subscriptions.

5. User Rights

You have the right to manage your data within the App. You can:

• Download your chat history: We provide a feature to save your chat history to a text file on your device.

• Delete your account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data through the in-app settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App.
