This privacy policy applies to the Vibe Mixer application (the "Application") developed by M. Sabir Creations ("Service Provider"). This Application is provided as a Free service and is intended for use "AS IS."
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects and processes information to provide its features, maintain security, improve performance, and (where enabled) show advertisements.
Information collected automatically:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
Device type, operating system, and app version
Screens or pages viewed within the app and general usage patterns
Crash reports and diagnostic data
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token for push notifications
Online presence (online/offline status and last seen) when signed in and using chat
Information you provide:
Account data: name, email, profile photo, and unique user code (email/password or Google Sign-In)
Chat data: messages, emojis, and images sent in conversations
Local preferences: theme, favorites, and challenge progress
Optional avatar images you upload
Stored locally on your device:
Emoji favorites and combinations
Theme preferences
Vibe Mix Challenge scores, stars, levels, and session history
Cached images and app settings
Account, Chat, and Online Features
When you sign in, the Application uses Firebase Authentication and stores profile and chat data in Cloud Firestore, including display name, email, user code, profile photo, chat messages, delivery/read status, typing indicators, online presence, and FCM tokens for notifications.
Chat messages and media are stored on Firebase/Supabase servers to deliver the chat feature. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) sends chat-related push notifications. You can disable these in device settings.
Advertising and Consent
The Application uses Google AdMob to display ads, including native ads on onboarding and interstitial ads when switching main navigation tabs.
Before ads load, a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form may appear where required by law (e.g. EEA). You can consent to or decline personalized advertising through that form.
AdMob may collect advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Ads Privacy & Terms. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in device settings (Google Settings → Ads on Android).
Firebase and Remote Configuration
The Application uses Google Firebase: Authentication, Cloud Firestore (profiles, chat, presence), Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config (e.g. ad settings). Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Supabase Storage
Profile photos and chat media may be stored in Supabase Storage. See https://supabase.com/privacy
Vibe Mix Challenge Feature
Users guess emoji combinations, earn scores/stars, and track progress. Challenge progress and session history are stored locally on your device. Challenge images load from emojik.vercel.app (internet required). Session history can be deleted in-app.
User-Generated Content
Users can mix emojis, save favorites, change themes, play challenges, sign in, chat, and optionally share content. Local data stays on device unless shared. Chat content is stored on backend servers.
Internet Connection
Required for sign-in, chat, emoji images, push notifications, cloud sync, ads, consent forms, and Firebase services.
Third-Party Services
Google Play Services, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Supabase, and emojik.vercel.app — each has its own privacy policy.
Sharing Features
Optional sharing of emoji combinations, achievements, and app links via your device's share sheet.
Your Privacy Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw ad consent, or request a copy. Contact: muhammadsabir6061@gmail.com
You can also uninstall the app, clear app data, sign out, or disable notifications.
Data Retention
Local data removed on uninstall. Account/chat data retained while account is active. Deletion requests honored subject to legal requirements.
Children's Privacy
Not intended for children under 13. Contact us if a child shared information.
Security
Reasonable measures including HTTPS/TLS and secure cloud providers. No method is 100% secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
May be updated periodically. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
