We do not specifically collect biometric data or perform facial recognition.
If you upload a photo containing your face, the image is treated as standard image data solely for AI image or video generation.
If you record or upload audio (such as voice recordings), the audio is treated as standard audio data used only for the requested AI features (for example, voiceover or video generation).
2. Purpose of Use
Uploaded images are used only to generate AI-created images or videos based on your input request.
Recorded or uploaded audio is used only to generate AI-created audio or video content (such as voiceovers or audio-driven video effects).
We do not use these images or audio for advertising, analytics, model training, user profiling, or any other secondary purpose.
3. Data Sharing and Transmission
Uploaded images or audio are securely transmitted to our servers over encrypted channels (e.g., HTTPS/TLS).
During processing, they are temporarily stored and then sent to a third-party AI image or video generation service (Google Gemini API / Wan) solely for generating the requested result.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your images or audio to any other third parties.
4. Access Control
Each uploaded image or audio is associated with a unique access token, ensuring that only the user who uploaded it can view the image and generated results.
No other users, employees, or third parties have access to this data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Uploaded images, audio and the generated results are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion.
We do not retain any copies beyond this period.
6. No Biometric Processing
We do not analyze, extract, or store any biometric identifiers (such as facial geometry, templates, or unique biometric signatures) from the uploaded images.
Whenever you use our service, in the event of an app error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration when using our service, the time and date of service usage, and other statistics.
