1. Introduction Welcome to Vibe ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
A. Location Data Vibe is a location-based social discovery app. We collect your precise location data to identify potential connections within a 50-meter radius. Your exact coordinates are processed to determine proximity but are not publicly displayed on a map for others to see.
B. User Profile We collect data you provide, including your name, profile photos, hobbies, and contact details (WhatsApp, Instagram, Website). These details are stored securely and are only shared with other users when you explicitly accept a connection request.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide core features: identifying nearby users and facilitating connections.
To manage your account and preferences.
To ensure safety: monitoring for inappropriate content or banned users.
4. Data Sharing & Visibility
Ghost Mode: You can toggle "Visible on Map" off at any time to hide your profile from the radar.
Connection Requests: Your contact information is never shared automatically. It is only revealed to a specific user if you choose to "Accept & Share" a request.
5. User Safety & Reporting We have zero tolerance for harassment or inappropriate content. You can block or report any user directly from their profile card. Blocked users will no longer appear on your radar, and serious reports will be reviewed for permanent account suspension.
6. Contact Us If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at: vibe.helpme@gmail.com
7. Child Safety Standards Vibe has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and exploitation. We strictly prohibit the transmission, distribution, or storage of any content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation.
8. Reporting & Enforcement: Users can report any inappropriate or illegal content directly within the app using the "Report" feature on user profiles. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Any user found violating this policy will be permanently banned, and relevant content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
