Please include:
- The email address used in VIAZO
- Your account type (Buyer or Seller)
What will be deleted:
- Account information
- Producer profile information
- Favorites
- Product listings
- Uploaded images
- Associated user data
What may be retained:
- Information required by law, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution purposes, where applicable.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.Â
