Vialo — Privacy Policy

Vialo ("the app", "we", "us") is built privacy-first. This policy explains exactly what stays on your device and the one thing that does not.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE, ALWAYS

Your protocols, doses, schedules, reminders, weigh-ins, effect logs, progress photos, saved calculations, and notes are stored only on your device. We do not collect them, receive them, back them up, or transmit them anywhere. If you delete the app, they are gone; we have no copy.

WHAT LEAVES YOUR DEVICE: YOUR QUESTIONS TO PEPPY

Peppy is Vialo's research assistant. When you ask Peppy a question, three things are sent to our server so it can be answered:

1. The text of your question.

2. Relevant passages from Vialo's built-in research library. Your device selects these; they come from the app's own reference material, never from your personal data.

3. A random identifier created by the app on first launch, used only to count your questions against your monthly allowance. It is not your device's ID, not an advertising ID, and is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID. Deleting the app destroys it.

What is never sent with a question: your weight, protocols, doses, schedules, effect logs, photos, or saved calculations. None of it is included in the request.

Who processes it: our server is hosted on Cloudflare, and questions are answered using Anthropic's Claude API. We do not log the content of your questions. Anthropic processes questions to generate answers under their API terms and does not use API content to train their models.

Please do not type information into Peppy that you would not want leaving your device. Ask about compounds, dosing ranges, timing and technique. You do not need to identify yourself to get a useful answer.

NO ACCOUNTS, NO TRACKING, NO SELLING

Vialo has no login. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not sell or share your information. We do not know who you are.

VIALO PLUS

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

CHILDREN

Vialo is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Vialo and Peppy provide educational information about published research. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional.
