Getting Copper

Next follow this Hand-Crafting recipe to make the Rock Hammer.

Rock Hammer [vhauled]:

-Wrapped Stick(vhauled) [Mainhand, Count=1]

-Rock Hammer Head(vhauled) [Offhand, Count=1]

Now go collect 6 clay balls and 6 Hard Rocks.

Use this recipe 3 times to make 3 cobblestone ().

Next follow this Hand-Crafting recipe to make the Chisel Pick.

Chisel Pick [vhauled]:

-Rock Hammer(vhauled) [Offhand, Count=1]

-Cobblestone [Offhand, Count=3]

Now use the Chisel Pick to mine a couple pieces of coal, preferably 6 or more. Also use it to mine granite (when you mine granite with the Chisel Pick it can drop raw copper), that's how you get the first copper. Get 12 raw copper, initially. Also, get 3 cobblestone. Now that you have all this, use this recipe below to make a furnace.

Use the furnace to smelt all the copper into ingots and use these two following Hand-Crafting recipes to make a Copper Saw:

Copper Saw Head [vhauled]:

-Rock Hammer(vhauled) [Mainhand, Count=1]

-Copper Ingot [Offhand, Count=2]

Copper Saw [vhauled]:

-Wrapped Stick(vhauled) [Mainhand, Count=3]

-Copper Saw Head(vhauled) [Offhand, Count=1]

Now you should have a saw so use this recipe to make 4 planks.

Oak/Acacia/Spruce Planks [gives 4x]:

-Copper Saw(vhauled) [Mainhand, Count=1]

-Oak/Acacia/Spruce Log [Offhand, Count=1]

Now use this recipe to make a crafting table:

Now in the crafting table make 3 copper plates, recipe is given to you with achievements from making copper ingot. Use these copper plates to make the Copper Pickaxe Head. And follow this Hand-Crafting recipe next:

Copper Pickaxe [vhauled]:

-Wrapped Stick(vhauled) [Mainhand, Count=1]

-Copper Pickaxe Head(vhauled) [Offhand, Count=1]

Use this to get raw copper directly from copper ore and with that make 3 more copper plates to make the Copper Dagger if you want it.
