Pricing, Delivery, Return, and Refund PolicyT

By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Pricing, Delivery, Return, and Refund Policy, in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Pricing and Availability

All product prices displayed on the Website and/or Mobile App are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified. The price charged at the time of delivery will be the price applicable at the time of order confirmation. VGrowForU may offer promotional pricing on select items for limited durations at its sole discretion.

While product availability is indicated on individual product pages, there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable post-order. In such cases, VGrowForU will notify you via email or SMS during order processing.

Dispatch times are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery timelines may vary.

Product Delivery

VGrowForU offers two modes of delivery:

1. Home Delivery

A delivery fee will be added to your bill at checkout.

Delays due to internal factors or recipient unavailability do not warrant compensation.

Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery.

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), if card/digital payments fail at the time of delivery, payment must be made in cash/UPI. No deferrals or delays in payment will be accepted.

Any compensation for inconvenience, if provided, will be at VGrowForU sole discretion and processed digitally. No deductions are permitted from the order amount.

The total invoice amount (adjusted for any returns) must be paid in full at or before delivery.

2. Pick-Up at VGrowForU Collection Points

Orders can be conveniently collected from designated VGrowForU Pick-up Points.

No additional charges apply for pick-up services.

Estimated Delivery & Pick-up Timelines

Order processing typically takes minimum of 20 min from the time of placement. Please note, all shipments—including gifts—will include an invoice with pricing. Timelines are estimates only and should not be construed as binding commitments.

We encourage customers collecting from VGrowForU Pick-up Points to carry their own bags. VGrowForU may charge for carry bags, if requested.

Should you notice damage or tampering during delivery, you are advised to reject the package. If an issue is found post-acceptance, products may be returned to any VGrowForU Pick-up Point in accordance with our refund policy.

In the event of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., force majeure), VGrowForU reserves the right to cancel or delay delivery without liability.

Payment Terms

Products will not be delivered without full payment. VGrowForU is not liable for:

Authorization failures,

Exceeding bank transaction limits,

Technical or payment gateway errors,

Declined transactions for any reason.

Return & Refund Policy

VGrowForU’s return policy is designed to enhance your shopping experience. We recommend you inspect all items upon delivery.

Instant Returns:

If dissatisfied with any product, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent for a full refund—no questions asked.

Post-Delivery Returns:

Products may be returned for a refund (no exchanges) within 7 days of the invoice date, provided they meet the following conditions:

Unused and unaltered,

In original, saleable condition,

Accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Bulk purchase items,

Return Channels:

Pick-Up Point Orders: Must be returned to the original Pick-up Point.

Home Delivery Orders: Initiate returns via the Help section on our app/website or contact our Call Centre. Our team will respond within two business days.

Returns will only be accepted via the above channels and not at VGrowForU retail outlets. Do not attempt returns at physical VGrowForU stores.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For online payments (cards, UPI, net banking), the amount will be credited back to the respective bank account. For COD orders, refunds will be made in cash.

VGrowForU is not liable for product quality post-sale. Items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee must be claimed through the respective manufacturer’s after-sales service.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad.

Policy Changes

VGrowForU reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All decisions by VGrowForU regarding this policy are final and binding.
