VFW Post 8568 3rd Annual Memorial Day Ruck/Walk

Event Details:

• Date: Monday, May 27, 2024

• Time: Prep @ 0800 Begin Ruck/Walk @0900

• Starting Point: 4219 US HWY 190 West, Livingston, TX

• Ending Point: Center of Hope, 600 S. Washington, Livingston, TX

• Theme: Honor the Fallen/Help the Living

Event Highlights: This year's Ruck/Walk event aims to honor our fallen heroes while supporting the living in our community. Participants are encouraged to fill their rucksacks with non-perishable items, which will be donated to the Center of Hope at the conclusion of the event. Let us come together as a community to pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Participation and Donations:

• There is a $1.00 registration fee to join the Ruck/Walk.

• Additional donations are welcome and greatly appreciated. All proceeds will go towards supporting the initiatives of VFW Post 8568.

How to Participate:

• Simply sign up on this site or at the starting point on May 27th ready to walk or ruck.

• Bring your rucksack filled with non-perishable items to donate to the Center of Hope.
