Veyro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Veyro mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is operated by:
Dominik Nebel
Email: klarblick.app@gmail.com
We collect the following types of information:
When you use the face scan feature, the App accesses your device’s front camera to capture a selfie. That photo is used to generate your facial analysis scores.
Photos are stored on your device as part of your scan history.
Photos are sent to our third-party AI provider (OpenAI) for analysis. See Section 4.
We do not require you to create an account. Scan data is associated with your device and the App installation.
Before your first scan, the app asks for your explicit permission to send your selfie to OpenAI for analysis. You may decline; without consent, the scan feature will not send any data.
During onboarding and in the App, you may provide:
Gender
Age range
Self-identified focus area (e.g. jawline, skin, symmetry)
Other onboarding preferences you choose to answer
This information is stored locally on your device to personalize your experience and routine suggestions.
We store the results of your face scans on your device, including:
Numerical scores (e.g. overall, potential, jawline, skin quality, symmetry, eyes)
The date of each scan
The photo associated with each scan
If you use the daily routine features, we store your task completion history locally on your device (for example, which tasks you checked off on which days).
Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We may receive subscription entitlement status from Apple (for example, whether your subscription is active) so we can unlock Pro features. Payment processing is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We do not:
Require you to create an account
Collect your name, email, or phone number through the App (unless you contact us directly)
Collect precise location data
Use the App for advertising or cross-app tracking
Knowingly collect information for targeted advertising
We use the information described above to:
Perform AI-powered facial analysis and display your scores
Save your scan history and progress over time
Personalize routines and in-app content based on your preferences
Operate, maintain, and improve the App
Verify subscription status and provide Pro features
Respond to support requests if you contact us
We use photos and related data only to provide App functionality. We do not use your data for advertising or sell your personal information.
To analyze your selfie, the App sends your photo to OpenAI via their API (api.openai.com). The image is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
What is sent: Your compressed selfie image and instructions needed to generate your scores.
Why: To produce your facial analysis results.
What is returned: Numerical scores, which are stored on your device.
OpenAI processes data according to its own terms and privacy policy. As of the date of this policy, OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default; please review OpenAI’s current policies for the most up-to-date information:
OpenAI may process data in the United States and other countries where it operates.
Apple provides payment processing, subscription management, and related infrastructure. Apple’s handling of your data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
We do not operate a user account system or central cloud database for your scan photos in the current version of the App.
You can delete your locally stored data at any time:
Profile → Delete My Data
This permanently deletes on your device:
Your profile answers
Your scan history and photos
Your routine progress
Deleting App data does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Camera: Required for face scans. You can deny camera access in iOS Settings; the scan feature will not work without it.
Notifications: Optional. If enabled, notifications are handled by your device’s operating system.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Because most data is stored on your device, you can delete it directly using Delete My Data. For other requests, contact us at klarblick.app@gmail.com.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at klarblick.app@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) when data is sent to OpenAI. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because scan photos are stored on your device, you should also protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock.
If you use the App from outside the country where our service providers operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States, where OpenAI may process your photo for analysis. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://sites.google.com/view/veyro-aifacescanner/privacy-policy and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at:
