Molly is an Army Veteran with a strong background in leadership, training, and accountability. Her experience spans over a decade working with culture-first organizations.
Kyle brings nearly 20 years of financial and operational experience, ensuring every project is evaluated carefully and executed with precision.
Outside of real estate, we’re raising four kids (three biological and one foster), are passionate about foster care, and actively give back—especially to veteran families through Reuniting After War, where Molly serves as a board member. At the core of our business is a belief in people and neighborhoods. We don’t believe in shortcuts or pressure tactics—just honest conversations, clear solutions, and creating outcomes that work for everyone involved.
