• Medicine List: Doctors may create and manage a list of medicines for quick selection while generating bills.

• Backup Data (Optional): If you choose to enable Google Drive backup, your profile and medicine list are stored in your own Google Drive account.

We do not collect or store patient details or medical histories.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information only for:

• Generating medical bills.

• Saving your profile and medicine list locally on your device.

• Providing an optional backup/restore feature via Google Drive.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing or analytics.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored offline on your device by default.

• If Google Drive backup is enabled, your data is stored in your personal Google Drive account and is under your control.

• We do not have access to your Google Drive data.

4. Permissions Used

The App may request:

• Storage access: To save and manage bills on your device.

• Internet access: Only required for Google Drive backup and restore.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Drive (Google LLC): Used only if you enable backup/restore. Your use of Google Drive is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Children’s Privacy

Vetlog is intended for veterinary professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
