At the very beginning, this institution was launched in online by Former Officer Cadet Muhammad Asif Rahman (BAF) as PATHFINDER ISSB ACADEMY at ECB Chattar, beside Dhaka Cantonment on the way of Mirpur DOHS. This academy was fully controlled & ran by the founder & owner. Former OC Asif Rahman was an instructor in different Defence coaching for 3 years with success.

Pathfinder ISSB Academy began its operation from May 2020 with some candidates. Then after in the month of October 2020 ,this academy has merged with Veteran Security Services Ltd. Which CEO & Co-founder is famous Author Major Del H Khan and formed as "Veteran Defence Mentoring" as a coaching & mentoring of Preliminary & ISSB coaching for Officer cadet candidates, Selection coaching for soldier recruiting & also for cadet college admission coaching .
