Vertik (“the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Vertik mobile application.
Vertik allows you to enter performance and training information, including:
Height, weight, and wingspan
Vertical jump measurements
Workout and activity logs
Notes related to performance
This information is provided directly by you for the purpose of displaying progress, analytics, and training guidance.
Vertik does not request or require personal identifiers such as your address, contacts, financial information, or government identification numbers.
All information you enter is used only within the app to:
Display performance statistics
Generate training recommendations
Provide coaching feedback
The app does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
All data is stored locally on your device.
Vertik does not maintain a central user account database and does not transmit your training data to external servers.
Vertik provides automated training guidance based on the information you enter.
These recommendations are generated using predefined logic within the app and are not medical or professional advice. These recommendations are generated using deterministic algorithms and predefined logic. Vertik does not use generative AI models to process your data.
Vertik does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or external data collection services.
You may delete all stored data at any time by removing the app from your device.
Vertik is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The app uses local notifications (daily reminders, streak alerts, PB celebrations, weekly summaries, inactivity nudges) and stores preferences in UserDefaults.
This policy may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
