Our maps are created using photogrammetry, a process that produces distortion-free, dimensionally accurate, and high-resolution aerial imagery, along with detailed 3D models. This process is highly scalable, allowing for accurate mapping of everything from small sites to vast landscapes without sacrificing detail or precision - something conventional photography cannot achieve.

This is a map we made of a 240 acre horse farm here in the heart of the Bluegrass. It took 2 hours of flight (20+ miles), and consists of over 1500 images.
This product can be used for everything from wall art and real estate listings to land management and planning.
With the exceptional resolution of our maps, they can be scaled all the way up to a 36"x48" print.

Buffalo Farm
This is another set of Aerial Maps we produced. This one consists of four sheets: overall, detail 1 & 2, and terrain map.
This client came to us during construction and wanted to have their utilities, septic, and construction progress documented.
We are capable of reproducing the same maps over time to document all of the major milestones, underground facilities, site conditions and more. All with dimensionally accurate maps, and models.

One map set below outlines four parcels for sale, including their proposed access, all overlaid on our high-resolution, up-to-date orthometric image and terrain map. One set includes details about the raw land, utilities available etc.
These maps give perspective buyers information and educate them on the property before they ever step foot on site. This leads to more calls from serious buyers, and less time wasted on tire kickers.
