Quartimond

The castle in Helmond is a square water castle with a wide moat. For this Antoon Versteegde thought to have three bamboo rings float on the water and to place the fourth ring vertically on the entrance bridge.

Het kasteel in Helmond is een vierkante waterburcht met brede slotgracht. Hiervoor bedacht Antoon Versteegde om drie bamboe ringen op het water te laten drijven en de vierde ring verticaal over de toegangsbrug te plaatsen.
