This Privacy Policy explains how Version AI ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our AI-powered photo generation mobile application ("the App").

a. Personal Information
Your email address or Apple ID to create and manage your account.
Photos and facial data you voluntarily upload to generate your AI profile.
b. Usage Data
Information regarding your interactions with the App, including session durations, photo generation activities, and performance metrics.
Device information such as device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for:
Generating personalized AI profiles and photos.
Improving and optimizing the functionality of the App.
Providing customer support and responding to your inquiries.
Analyzing usage patterns to enhance user experience.

3. Face Data
The App may process images uploaded by users, including those containing faces. When faces are present, the App does not process specific information about them, such as data estimating facial features (“Facial Data”). The photo generation technologies used in the App are not designed to uniquely identify or authenticate individuals in the images, and we do not train the technology for such purposes. This means the App is only used to generate photos based on the faces shared by the user. Any personal data processed for these purposes will be retained only for as long as necessary and, in all cases, will be deleted within thirty (30) days from generation unless the user submits a data deletion request before this period.
Users can request deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@apptribe.co. The App detects key facial points such as eyes, nose, lips, and face border points (Facial Data), exclusively from the images selected by users. These facial points are used exclusively to apply AI styles and generate personalized photos. In no instance does the App process Facial Data to identify or authenticate people in images you upload.
The App transmits these images and associated Facial Data to trusted third-party service providers solely to carry out activities related to our business and operations that operate on our behalf as data processors (for example, IT or storage service providers). We enforce strict contractual obligations that prohibit these partners from using, retaining, or sharing the data for any other purpose. Once the AI photo is generated, the App does not store or share these facial points beyond what is necessary to deliver and maintain the service.
4. Data Storage and Security
All personal and facial data is securely stored using encryption and access controls.
Data processing and storage occur on secure servers located in regions compliant with strict privacy regulations.
We regularly review and enhance security protocols to safeguard your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
We do not sell your personal or facial data to third parties.
We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
a. With Service Providers (Data Processors)
We share data with trusted third-party service providers that process data on our behalf to operate, maintain, and improve the App. These may include:
Cloud infrastructure and storage providers
Analytics providers
Customer support tools
AI model and inference providers such as Gemini AI (Google AI services), Fal AI, and other similar AI processing partners
These providers process data strictly under contractual agreements that:
Limit data usage to providing services to us

AI providers receive only the data necessary to generate requested outputs (e.g., uploaded images and associated processing data).
