VerseCraft AI Privacy Policy

VerseCraft AI helps users create and edit personalized writing. This policy explains what information the app processes and why.
## Information we process
- **Writing prompts and generated content.** Text you submit is sent to our service and an AI provider to generate or rewrite your requested content.
- **App identifier and usage information.** The app uses a randomly generated installation identifier and generation counts to operate usage limits, maintain service reliability, and prevent abuse.
- **Purchase information.** Apple purchase receipts or transaction information are processed to verify and restore VerseCraft Premium access. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- **Support information.** If you contact support, we process your email address and the information included in your message so we can respond.
## How we use information
We use this information only to provide app functionality: generating content, saving or restoring subscription access, enforcing usage limits, securing and maintaining the service, and answering support requests. We do not sell personal information or use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
## Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support the app, including cloud hosting, AI generation, and Apple’s App Store purchase systems. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
## Retention and choices
Locally saved projects remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Server-side identifiers, usage records, and purchase-verification records are retained only as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access to or deletion of support or server-side personal information by contacting us.
## Children
VerseCraft AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
## Changes
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The updated policy will show a new “Last updated” date.
