I regularly give workshops about science communication. I present different types of videos that one can make to promote their research on social media. I also show the various types of social media, including examples of videos I posted that went viral. I then talk about the different forms of videos you can make, from hosted videos to animations. I provide resources to help people get started. In a smaller group, I can run an exercise using Play-Doh and pipe cleaners to make stop-motion videos.
