Events

We encourage players to get creative and host their own events in-game! Whether it's a race, a roleplay scenario, or a community challenge.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Follow the Rules: All events must comply with V:RP’s community rules and in-game guidelines.

• Keep it Fun and Fair: Our goal is to make sure everyone has a good time. Please respect other players and ensure your event doesn’t disrupt the experience.

• Staff Assistance: Our staff team is here to support you during your event! If you need assistance with setting up or managing any issues that arise during the event, we’ll be available to help ensure that things run smoothly.

  • Competitions: Car races and team challenges.

  • Community Gatherings: Themed parties and open mic nights.

How to Host an Event:

Hosting an event is easy! Just follow these steps:

• • Contact Our Team: Let us know you’re interested in hosting an event. You can DM our Community Manager on Discord.

  • Provide Details: Share the event name, description, date, time, and any specific needs.

  • Get Approval: We’ll review your event and, if everything looks good, approve it. We might offer suggestions or help make your event even better!

  • Promote Your Event: Once your event is approved, we’ll promote it in our Discord server to gather participants.

  • Host with Confidence: On the day of your event, ensure everyone is aware of the rules of the event, and have fun!

Event Guidelines:

• • Respect Roleplay Integrity: Events should enhance roleplay, not interrupt it. Avoid anything that could break immersion or feel out of place.

  • Event Preparation: If your event requires anything specific, let us know in advance so we can help get everything ready for you.

Staff members will be at your event to supervise. They will not intervene unless they have to, or you want them to.

THE EVENT DATE MUST BE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS OUT.
