VERIFIKAA – Smart Attendance & Time Management System.
VERIFIKAA, multilocation, centralized, smart attendance & time management system is a perfect solution for small and large industrial organizations with any number of employees and branches.
Compatible with IOS and ANDROID devices for both STANDARD and ADMIN users.
Employees will only need to download the app from apple store or google play and use their mobile phone number to login. For security reasons, the user will receive an OTP SMS verification number and automatically receives his credentials as set by the ADMIN user.
VERIFIKAA - Attendance verification measures

Supports two types of attendance, CLOCK and CHECK. Clock is the main attendance module whereas Check can be used as a sub-attendance used for off-site attendance, attending an inhouse or external seminar-conference or a business trip/visit.
Real-Time Data Transmission – All attendance records are done in real-time and cloud-based synchronized.
Attendance Calculation & Reports – Admin can at any time view all online activities and instantly generate summarized or detailed reports

VERIFIKAA – On-Site / Off-Site Attendance
A- On-Site Attendance:
During the on-site regular attendance, Verifikaa will scan for available Branch/POP Bluetooth transmitter. If found, it will be as a presence confirmation that the person is physically inside the company/branch.

B- Off-Site Attendance:
ADMIN user can enable Off-Site attendance globally or for a specific group of users. During the Off-Site attendance, verifikaa will record in the company’s database the name of the person, the date/time, and the attendance geolocation coordinates. At any time, ADMIN users can check the above-mentioned data and view them on Apple Maps or Google Maps.

VERIFIKAA – Time Planner Module
Users can schedule tasks and add daily work details and share it with the Admin, Controller and Supervisor role users.
The Time planner module will give you a complete view and duration of tasks for the complete week. In a few mobile clicks, you can program your complete week workload with a beautiful, friendly user interface.
Time planner is automatically integrated with the Enterprise features. ADMIN, Controller and/or Supervisor user role can at any time and directly from his phone, check the schedule of any full time or part time employee under his supervision.
VERIFIKAA - Enterprise Features (Roles & Groups)
Using the Verifikaa Enterprise features, it is possible to assign USERs to GROUPs that can be managed by admin(s), controller(s), and supervisor(s).
Groups:
Verifikaa groups are similar to departments or business functions. Each Group can contain a list of users. One user can be in one or more groups.
Roles:
Each Verifikaa user should have one of the four available Roles, ADMIN, CONTROLLER, SUPERVISOR or STANDARD.
Roles Privileges:
Admin role can manage all Supervisors, Controllers & Standard users. Controller role can control and supervise all users belonging to his group. Supervisor role can supervise all Standard users under his supervision.
VERIFIKAA – Admin Web App
The Admin Web App system is a web enabled program restricted to ADMINs users. It has two main modules. The live streaming attendance activities and the attendance reporting system.
It can be used on any desktop or mobile phone running on any operating system. It can run on windows, mac, android, or iOS.
