At Verbo English Studio, we believe learning should feel supportive, flexible, and stress-free.
This page simply explains how payments work, so everything is clear and comfortable from the start.
Payment Options
You can pay using:
PayPal
Zelle
Credit or debit card
Apple pay
All payments are secure, and we never see or store your card details.
Lesson Packages
Lesson packages are paid in advance.
Packages are for one student only and help keep lesson scheduling consistent.
Prices are always listed clearly on the Pricing & Lessons page.
Free Trial Lesson
Your first 30-minute lesson is free — no pressure, no payment required.
It’s a relaxed introduction where we check your level and talk about your goals.
Rescheduling
Life happens — we get it.
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Late cancellations may count as a used lesson, but we always aim to be fair and reasonable.
Refunds
If you purchase a package and change your mind, unused lessons can be refunded within 7 days.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method.
Lessons already completed can’t be refunded.
If something doesn’t feel right, just reach out — we’re always happy to talk it through.
